Warranry and Returns

All cameras are guaranteed new from authorised distributors in Malaysia. All cameras are covered by the standard manufacturer’s Malaysia warranties. Foto CLS definitely does not deal in any 'grey market', 'direct import' of goods. All cameras are sourced from authorised distribution channels with original Malaysia warranties.

Under The Consumer Protection Act 1999, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly. However, damages or faults will be treated on a case-by-case basis. At Foto CLS, we are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction to our customers with the best service and support.

A refund or exchange is accepted if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from description
  • does not do what you asked for or what we said it would and cannot be easily fixed
  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Non-defective returns will be subject to a handling and restocking fee of up to 20%.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
