Sennheiser Clip-Mic Digital

Sennheiser Clip-Mic Digital
Regular price 899.00

The ClipMic digital from Sennheiser is a professional solution for mobile recording that can be utilized to capture audio for several applications using iOS devices such as iPhone 7, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini, and much more. The lavalier microphone enhances the sound quality by direct source pick-up. Unwanted background noise is reliably screened out.

The ClipMic digital ME 2 omnidirectional condenser microphone is connected via Lightning connector to modern iOS devices - allowing the jack socket to remain free for monitoring headphones as needed. An external converter from Apogee does the analog to digital signal conversion using the 24-bit/96 kHz sampling rate when connected to an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. This allows for a signal quality that can be better than any CD available.

The corresponding apps (MetaRecorder and Maestro) for recording and control are included in the package. In addition, the apps deliver metadata for the further processing of this information, thus making the recording a simple matter. Essential features of MetaRecorder can also be controlled from the Apple Watch - start and stop recording, add a take to favorites, add markers or set your microphone input level. There are, of course, several other apps that can also directly access the microphone.

  • ClipMic digital is suitable for anyone who wants a simple setup to record podcasts, presentations, interviews or meetings directly to their iPhone
  • You can rely on iPhones as flexible tools for film production. When paired with DSLR video cameras, MKE 2 digital and an iOS device make capturing professional quality productions simple and efficient
